They have to make the customers feel welcome at the diner.
In case of meat or milk shortages, they also have to do "whatever it takes" to fill the order.
Think about Lillyan next time you have milk in your coffee...
Now, normally I don't order milk with my coffee. But seeing how painful it is to acquire it... Got Milk??
